Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: July 28, 2026

Disconnect a social account

  1. Sign in to Content Studio with an authorized owner account.
  2. Open Settings → Connected accounts.
  3. Select the platform and choose Disconnect.

Disconnecting stops future Studio access and removes or invalidates the stored authorization as part of the deletion workflow. You may also revoke access from the connected platform’s own security or app settings.

Request deletion

Email admin@the317archive.com from the authorized owner email. Use the subject Content Studio Data Deletionand identify the platform/account and categories to delete, such as tokens, generated media, series settings, schedules, or job history.

We will verify the request and normally complete it within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email. Limited records may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or resolving ownership disputes. Residual protected backups are removed through the ordinary backup lifecycle.
