Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how The 3:17 Archive (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information through The 3:17 Archive Content Studio (“Content Studio” or “Studio”). The Studio is currently a private, owner-operated content-production service.

1. Information we process

• Account information: name, email address, account identifiers, profile image, and login records.
• Connected-platform data: channel, page, profile, and account identifiers; granted permissions; OAuth access and refresh tokens; token status; and publishing results.
• Content and media: prompts, topics, scripts, images, narration, music, captions, videos, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and uploaded files.
• Production information: series settings, schedules, time zones, review decisions, job stages, validation results, errors, and publishing history.
• Technical information: security, diagnostic, request, device, and service logs reasonably needed to operate and protect the Studio.

We do not request or store passwords for connected social platforms.

2. How we obtain information

We receive information directly from the authorized owner, from connected platforms through OAuth and their APIs, from files and instructions submitted to the Studio, and automatically through ordinary security and operational logs.

3. How we use information

• authenticate the authorized owner and protect the Studio;
• generate, edit, review, render, store, and download media;
• connect accounts and display the authorized destination;
• schedule, upload, publish, and monitor owner-approved posts;
• refresh authorization, prevent duplicate jobs, and recover failed work;
• maintain job history, diagnose errors, and improve reliability; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell personal information or connected-platform data.

4. YouTube API Services

Content Studio uses YouTube API Services to connect an authorized YouTube channel and upload owner-approved videos and metadata. The Studio may access and store the channel/account identifier, channel name, authorization tokens, upload settings, video identifiers, processing status, and publishing results needed for that workflow.

Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke the Studio’s Google access through Google’s third-party connections page.

5. TikTok, Meta, and other connected services

When authorized, the Studio may use TikTok and Meta APIs to identify the selected profile, page, or professional account and to upload or publish approved media. These providers independently process information under their own policies, including the TikTok Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

6. AI and production providers

Prompts, scripts, media, and related production instructions may be processed by service providers used for language generation, image generation, narration, rendering, hosting, storage, security, and job execution. Providers may include OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, xAI, Cloudflare, and the connected publishing platforms. We share only information reasonably needed to perform the requested function.

7. Storage and security

Provider credentials and OAuth tokens are kept as encrypted or protected server-side secrets and are not intentionally exposed to browser code. We use access controls, signed requests, validation, idempotency protections, and restricted storage appropriate to this private Studio. No system is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Retention

• OAuth tokens are retained while the relevant account remains connected and are deleted or invalidated after disconnection, subject to technical backup cycles.
• Generated media, configurations, schedules, and job history are retained until deleted by the owner or no longer needed for the Studio.
• Temporary provider files and public transfer links are removed or expire after their operational purpose ends.
• Security and diagnostic records may be retained for a reasonable period to protect the service and investigate failures.

9. Disclosure of information

Information may be disclosed to service providers acting for the Studio, to the connected platform selected by the owner, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, accounts, and service integrity. We do not allow providers to use connected-platform data for unrelated advertising on our behalf.

10. International processing

Providers may process information in countries other than the owner’s location. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We use provider contracts, account controls, and available safeguards appropriate to the service.

11. Your choices and rights

The owner may review or edit stored content, disconnect a platform, revoke access through the platform, download media, or request access, correction, or deletion. Some information may be retained where legally required or necessary to resolve security, fraud, or ownership disputes.

12. Children’s privacy

The Studio is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Studio.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Studio, law, or provider requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
