Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of The 3:17 Archive Content Studio (“Content Studio,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The 3:17 Archive. By accessing or using the Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Private service and authorized access

Content Studio is currently a private, single-owner production system. Access is limited to the owner and accounts the owner expressly authorizes. You must not share access credentials, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another person’s account or data.

2. What the Studio does

The Studio helps create, review, render, schedule, download, and publish short-form media. Features may include AI-assisted scripts, images, narration, captions, music, metadata, video rendering, connected social accounts, and publishing workflows. Features may change, be suspended, or become unavailable without notice.

3. AI-generated content and human review

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable for publication. It may also resemble existing material. You are responsible for reviewing every output, checking facts and rights, making any required disclosures, and deciding whether it is appropriate to publish. The Studio does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain any rights you hold in material you upload or create. You grant the Studio a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the requested creation and publishing workflow. You represent that you have the rights and permissions required for uploaded music, images, footage, voices, trademarks, personal information, and other materials.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Studio to create, upload, schedule, or distribute:

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing material;
• content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• malware, credential theft, spam, platform manipulation, or unauthorized automation;
• non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or content that endangers children;
• impersonation or synthetic media presented deceptively where disclosure is required; or
• content that violates a connected platform’s rules or applicable law.

6. Connected platforms

Connected services are operated by third parties. When you connect or use them, their terms and policies also apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service, and Meta’s applicable platform terms. By using YouTube features through the Studio, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

TikTok, Meta, Google, and other providers control account eligibility, API approval, quotas, processing, visibility, monetization, and availability. We do not guarantee that a post will be accepted, published, distributed, monetized, or remain available. When automated publishing is unavailable, the Studio may retain the schedule and offer the media for download.

7. Publishing authorization

Connecting an account authorizes the Studio to perform only the actions presented in the interface and permitted by the granted scopes. Publishing occurs after either direct owner approval or the owner-enabled auto-approval policy confirms that rendering and platform validation passed. You remain responsible for all activity performed through your connected accounts.

8. Intellectual property

The Studio software, interface, original branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to The 3:17 Archive. Except for your own content and rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Availability and warranties

The Studio is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output. You should keep independent copies of important media and records.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The 3:17 Archive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost data, account suspension, rejected posts, loss of distribution, or loss of monetization arising from use of the Studio or a third-party service.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated to protect the Studio, connected accounts, other people, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Studio and disconnect social accounts at any time. Instructions are available on our Data Deletion page.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Studio, law, or provider requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
